to get started
This
program is extremely easy to start. Just give Paragon
Services a call and we will provide you with an RMA
number to be assigned to your repairs. The RMA number
allows us to quickly identify the origin of the products
needing repairs when they are received at our facility,
so we can repair them immediately and return them to
you or your merchant as quickly as possible, in most
cases within 7 business days. The RMA number also serves
as a convenient tracking device for checking on the
status of equipment being repaired.
