REPLACEMENT SERVICE
Paragon
can replace broken equipment in the field with functioning
equipment through our Equipment Replacement Service.
For a low monthly fee, Paragon simply "swaps"
out like equipment for the broken one on an as needed
basis. The merchant assumes ownership of the replacement
unit while Paragon assumes ownership of the broken unit.
All replacement equipment is programmed with the appropriate
applications and ready to use, then shipped overnight
directly to the merchant.

Billing
options for Equipment Replacement Service:

Event Billing - Merchant is billed for replacement
units as needed or Paragon client is billed for merchant's
replacement.

Fee - Paragon can set up a flat monthly fee to
cover any broken units for your merchant base. This
can be billed via ACH directly to merchants or billed
to our client.
If
Paragon bills merchants directly, then fees quoted to
merchants will include your markup.
