This
service allows your sales staff to concentrate on selling
without the distraction of time-consuming equipment
installations and training. In addition, this eliminates
the costs associated with managing equipment inventories,
programming and testing. Paragon also stocks all materials
included in a new merchants Welcome Kit (welcome letter,
card acceptance stickers, equipment quick reference
guide, overlay for terminal, ribbons and rolls, fraud
detection materials, etc.). Each Welcome Kit is customized
to include specific materials as per your requests.
I.
New Merchants Receiving Equipment
All point-of-sale equipment is purchased directly from
Paragon's extensive inventory on an as-needed basis,
thus eliminating the need for you to carry expensive
inventory.
Paragon
downloads, tests functionality, and ships equipment
directly to your merchant's location. Shipments to new
merchants include the above-referenced Welcome Kit.)
The day the equipment is scheduled to arrive at the
merchant's location, the merchant is contacted by one
of Paragon's installation and training specialists for
instructions on equipment installation and training
on all equipment procedures and functionality. Upon
completion of merchant training Paragon will send confirmation
to you via e-mail.
II.
Reprogramming Existing Equipment
In cases where a merchant already owns acceptable equipment,
Paragon will reprogram that equipment according to your
specifications. Paragon assembles and sends the appropriate
Welcome Kit to your new merchant, then follows up with
the merchant to download client specified merchant application.
Again, installation and training is handled by one of
Paragon's specialists the day the equipment is to arrive,
or at another date and time convenient to the merchant.
